Colombia Ecoterra Project

Colombia Ecoterra is a beautiful representation of Colombian coffee. As the cup is first brewed there’s an overlay of sweet raspberry and a floral aroma. This sounds exotic but it interplays well with the turbinado sugar and pleasing familiar chocolatey nature of Colombian coffee. Adding cream just accentuates the sugary/chocolatey notes. Green apple and raspberry seemed best at describing the sweet, slightly citrusy and fruity nature that lives in the flavor profile.

Clean complex coffees have the ability to elude exact flavors and present themselves differently through different brew methods. Brewing Colombia Ecoterra through a paper filter will show more light fruity characteristics wile a french press would accentuate the darker more chocolatey notes. Colombia Ecoterra is beautifully versatile. Enjoy!
