Costa Rica La Rosa Farm

We’re so excited to keep finding Costa Rican coffees that we love. La Rosa is a beautiful display of the magic of Central American coffees. La Rosa starts with almond butter and graham cracker notes moving into a nice brown sugary sweetness as the cup cools. I always try coffee with some cream to see where it goes and La Rosa really retained its sweetness and chocolatey almond notes. La Rosa is well suited as a morning starter or a mid afternoon taster.
