Ethiopia Refisa Naturalmastcoffee
Not often are natural processed Ethiopian coffees described as subtle. This is one of those exceptions. The low key nature with which the blackberry notes rise to prominence as the cup cools stands in stark contrast to what we would normally expect. The Ethiopia Refisa is also showing a touch more weight on the palate evocative of heavy cream with a touch of vanilla. These subtle variations of what we expected and what we taste is what intrigued us to buy this coffee.
